  • NewAccount-wide alert channels with scope routing — Public incidents, Internal alerts or Everything — plus searchable multi-monitor targeting.
  • NewEscalation contacts and a global policy fallback, so internal alerts have a home outside status pages.
  • ImprovedStatus-page subscribers now receive incident.updated notifications; acknowledgement links were removed from notify-contact mail/SMS but kept in escalation mails.
