You can withdraw from any purchase within 14 days, no questions asked — subscriptions, SMS/call packages and founding licenses included.

How it works

  1. 1Log in to your dashboard and open Billing.
  2. 2Select the subscription or purchase you want to withdraw.
  3. 3Click "Withdraw contract" and confirm — the refund is processed automatically via Polar.
  4. 4Done. You'll receive a confirmation email and the refund within a few business days.

  • ✓ Subscriptions: full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
  • ✓ Founding licenses: full refund within 14 days — usage-based value compensation may apply to consumed add-on units (SMS/calls).
  • ✓ Renewals and older purchases follow the statutory rules of your billing terms.
